Nestled between the Bitterroot and Sapphire mountains the Council on Aging has served seniors throughout Ravalli County since 1979. Homemaker

Council on Aging is taking applications to provide Homemaking services to clients 60 and older. Homemaker services provide assistance with instrumental activities of daily living such as light cleaning, shopping, preparing light meals, scheduling transportation.

This is a part-time permanent position that includes mileage reimbursement, vacation and a Health Reimbursement Account stipend.

Flexible schedule: Day shift, Monday-Friday, choose your own hours.

Lifeline Program Coordinator

The Council on Aging is taking applications for a Lifeline Program Coordinator. The Lifeline Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all service, sales and installation, inventory and client files for the Lifeline program. The coordinator will respond to all inquiries regarding the Lifeline service, provide in-home sales and installation, and will ensure adequate inventory is maintained to meet customer demand. In addition, the coordinator will create and oversee client files and ensure log sheets are current and correct, and be responsible for billing and collection of payment. Applicants should have exceptional organizational skills, a friendly attitude, and a willingness to grow this important program. 

Sales Experience a plus. Must have billing and computer skills, including Excel, Word, and QuickBooks. Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and up-to-date vehicle insurance.

Full-time position Monday- Friday 8am-5pm. Benefits include vacation, sick leave, paid holidays, Health Reimbursement Account (HRA), Simple IRA, and mileage reimbursement for work-related travel.
